"It's so wonderful to be pain free, I can hardly believe it" These were the words from one of my yogis this morning. She was so excited to share with me that the shoulder exercises we had been doing were just so wonderful & had somehow shifted something in her upper back where she had been experiencing pain for many months. Although she had tried many different things in an attempt to help with the pain for some reason in our class last week those exercises did the trick & she is delighted that the pain has not returned. Here's to her continued recovery. Yoga really does heal us.
