So many little miracles

Better balance & co-ordination, this is what one yogi told me he was experiencing after taking yoga regularly for several months. Improved balance was noticeable to him both in & even more importantly out of class & in his day to day living. This is so good to hear, we practice in class to get stronger & more flexible so that we can take those strengths with us in our every day lives. Yoga - building stronger bodies one move at a time.
